Our weekend - perfect campsite is perfect at the base of Mt. Shasta.
(I mean, we may have had a bit of a wind problem. Despite trying to find the most sheltered tent site, the winds were ferocious everywhere, especially amongst that pile of rocks there. The night before our summit climb, it sounded like we were in the middle of a storm. Joel had to attach more guy lines, which only made it marginally better. We barely slept. The wind was also strong enough to force a tent pole through the floor while we were breaking it down. But that’s neither here nor there. Perfect campsite!)
