Simple covert watch modification:

I first started using these elastic keepers last year to prevent rattle in the oscardelta Go Tubes. They are perfect for that and a host of other things.

There are plenty of people copying the elastic keeper idea but for a recent training class I wanted to use something often over looked, the watch.

This is just an MWC G10 SL, so its the tritium version, its old and battered so no one pays any attention to it. Undoing the strap to replace the battery showed a nice semi protected area just calling for an elastic keeper. So a black one was found and added. Its big enough for a key, shim and ceramic razor if needed.

Its a cheap watch, its not flashy so most people dismiss it. Of the fifty or so people looking at it so far only one has asked what the black part is on the Nato strap.

Its simple, it blends in and it works. Hidden In Plain Sight . I’ll get some more made up and sent out for testing to others, maybe we can get some added to the store for everyone.
